Walk-in showers
Low-threshold pans, glass, benches, and grab bars when the house needs them. We waterproof first. Tile is the finish, not the shortcut. If the existing tub stays and we build a shower next to it, we say that in the scope so nobody is surprised on demo day.
Tile and waterproofing
Large-format walls, hex floors, mosaic niches, and the grout lines that make or break the room. Older St. Charles and west-county houses often hide out-of-square walls and a floor that is not level. We measure that before we order material.
Vanities and fixtures
Double vanities, storage, lighting, faucets, and toilets installed and checked before we leave. A vanity swap can be the whole job. A full bathroom remodel takes the room to the studs and rebuilds it in the same footprint.
